Bridges

This series follows my fascination with bridges: I’m drawn to how they bring together functionality, monumentality, and context. Their forms are dictated by the forces they must resist. Yet within that logic, there’s still room for grace, for an interpretation of those forces.

A bridge fulfills the simple task of connecting two points, but in doing so becomes something more: a functional sculpture that balances engineering with expression.

The series depicts bridges located across Europe and is an ongoing project.
