Piotr Hraptovich is a photographer focusing on architecture and infrastructure. After obtaining a degree in architecture, he spent eight years at the Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron, collaborating on world-renowned projects across a range of typologies. He then shifted his focus to documenting space and the built environment.
In his artistic practice, Piotr doesn't adhere to a single technique or style, aiming instead to define a unique visual language rooted in place and architecture. He works exclusively analog, embracing the materiality, process and depth of film. He describes his process as “hand-crafting” each photograph—from the first encounter with a space, through the act of shooting on film, to the careful refinement in post-production—creating a bespoke result shaped by patience and precision.
